Who are we?

At the head of the table you can find the young international duo Juho Ekegren and Romany Schillemans.

Juho is a talented and passioned chef who, since his 14th, spend all is (free)time to cooking. Straight after school he started working at Restaurant Olo, did several internships in Barcelona and London and was the assistant in Bocuse D'or team Finland in 2011-2013. At the moment Juho works at Restaurant Välimäki.
He doesn't like to put his cooking style in a box, because he loves to experiment with flavors from all over the world and combine these with local Finnish and seasonal products.

Romany is the planner and creative side from this duo. Tell her in what direction you want your event to go, and she will plan it and make it happen. Since her 17th she worked in several restaurants and hotels, and worked at a lot of events and catering's both as a waiter as assistant in the kitchen. Romany is amazing with people and is an incredible perfectionist. She loves cooking and is the most passioned about deserts and baking.
